Sidney Rittenberg at his home in Beijing. Sidney Rittenberg was an adviser to Mao Tse Tung and one of the few US Citizen to become a member of the Chinese Communist Party. Sidney Rittenberg spent 16 years in jail while living in China. He is now a business consultant for private Western companies.
