Re; your collaboration with ISF. ” History” as a cultural, social and diplomatic weapon, It seems to me that this is now a peculiarity specific to Asian countries, if we exclude those Balkan statelets.
And ISF’s article on the drug trade. Recall about six years ago reading that China temporarily closed all its border crossings to NK because the latter (probably Section 39) started turning out very high quality 100rmb notes. The message was received loud and clear.
